1. Pumpkin Old Fashioned

Naturally, there is no denying that pumpkins are the quintessential symbol of the season. The great thing about pumpkin cocktails is the fact that the deep orange color can act as a great theme color for your wedding.

2 tbsp. pumpkin puree

1 ½ oz. bourbon

1 oz. Maple Syrup

½ oz. Grand Marnier

Dash of orange bitters

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Combine the puree, bourbon, syrup, Grand Marnier and bitters in a cocktail shaker and shake well for a moment. 1 ¼ oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum

6 oz. hot apple cider

1 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. cinnamon

6 oz. vodka of your choice

½ vanilla bean

vanilla sugar

1 cup ice

1 ½ oz. pisco

¼ oz. Cointreau
